What is metered
Only automatic-scanning time is metered: the minutes during which the scanner is watching a stream on its own. A manual scan never counts, on any tier. Pausing or stopping the scanner stops the meter. Premium market-data features are part of the paid tiers and are not metered per lookup.
What is never sold
No advertising, no selling of usage data, and no "fair value" or investment advice on any tier. Prices are market observations from named sources; the bid ceiling is arithmetic on your own inputs, with the formula shown.
